After a brief hiatus to Florida, Donovan Leonard is back in the gym! You can find him training solo, with yours truly, and/or solo. The time he spent under the tutelage of Amanda McDonald had paid off in gold. His physique has tightened and his understanding of nutrition and proper form have taken his lifts and overall drive to a whole new level!
